Ron Dorsey aka "Rain" has been dancing many years and is trained in Contemporary, Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop. Hip Hop being his craft, Rain has trained with many famous choreographers in his career such as Kevin Maher, Gary Beauford, and Jamile McGee from "So You Think You Can Dance". Rain subbed for Jamile's classes while Jamile was on the show.

Rain has been dancing since he was 6 and was inspired by Wade Robson, Robert Hoffman, and Shane Sparks. Hip Hop started for Rain when he became the first boy to ever be on the dance company at Ft Meade Senior High. It has become a passion and career.

Rain has won numerous competitions including Starpower for best choreography, and performance when it won double platinum and Florida Talent Competitions when he was noticed by choreographers who directed music videos with micheal jackson and movie producers like Chris Stokes who directed You Got Served. He has danced with Omarion brother Oryan dancers, Laura Edwards, Darrien Henson and many others. Rain has danced for Savage Dance Studio in Maryland, Dance N motion, Gjs Dance Studio, and Dance Depot.
